1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, commissioning, or using any services or products offered by Leverage Craft, you ("The Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services or website.
Leverage Craft reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Leverage Craft provides creative and design services including, but not limited to:
- Branding and logo design
- Graphic and digital design
- Illustration
- Website and UI/UX design
- Marketing and promotional materials
Any additional services requested by "The Client" outside of the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
3. COMMENCEMENT OF WORK
Agreement to work with Leverage Craft, submission of a design brief, and payment for the chosen service constitute full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Work will commence only once payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- All prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to change without notice.
- Payment in full is required before project initiation, unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
- All payments are to be made via secure bank transfer. Complete transaction using the banking information and reference number outlined on the provided invoice.
- Payment must be made first, and work will start only after the payment has been received.
- Invoices have a 7-day due date. If the due date is exceeded, all services will completely stop until the outstanding invoices are paid in full.
5. PURCHASES
If you make a purchase through our website or any associated platform, you may be required to provide payment details including:
- Credit/debit card number
- Expiration date
- Billing address
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that: (i) You are legally authorized to use the provided payment method, and (ii) All details supplied are accurate and complete.
Payments may be facilitated through trusted third-party services such as Stripe. By making a purchase, you consent to your data being securely shared with these processors in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Leverage Craft reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or illegal transactions.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our services and products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
You are purchasing the service "as is." Please review our portfolio and service descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure our style and approach align with your expectations.
7. DESIGN REVISIONS
Following submission of the design brief and payment confirmation, Leverage Craft will provide an initial design concept within the agreed timeframe (typically 3–5 business days).
Clients are entitled to 3–5 complimentary revisions depending on the service package.
Subsequent revisions beyond this limit will incur a $40 fee per hour.
Work on a new revision will commence only once "The Client" provides a clear and complete brief for the requested changes.
Please note that revisions requested after final approval may be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
8. APPROVAL OF FINAL ARTWORK
Leverage Craft takes all reasonable care to avoid errors; however, it is The Client's responsibility to review and approve all final materials before completion.
Once approved, Leverage Craft accepts no responsibility for:
- Typographical or spelling errors
- Incorrect or missing information
- Variations in color perception between digital screens and print materials
Any post-approval changes will be billed as a new revision or project.
9. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Leverage Craft retains full ownership of all design concepts and project materials until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment:
- Ownership rights for the final, approved design transfer to the client.
- Unused or rejected design concepts remain the intellectual property of Leverage Craft.
Leverage Craft retains the right to display completed work within its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Leverage Craft also reserves the right to retain and reuse certain non-exclusive design elements (e.g., fonts, stock images, textures, or patterns) used in the creation of client projects.
10. DESIGN SAMPLES AND PORTFOLIO USE
"The Client" agrees that Leverage Craft may display completed works within its public or private portfolio, on the Leverage Craft website, or in social and marketing materials once the project is publicly launched.
All confidential work will be withheld until written authorization is granted.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
Leverage Craft agrees not to disclose any confidential information pertaining to "The Client," its clients, or associated companies without prior written consent.
Confidential information includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business processes, and project-specific details.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Leverage Craft shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War or terrorism
- Government restrictions
- Power outages
- Strikes or industrial disputes
- Hosting or technical failures
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Leverage Craft's total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by "The Client" for the specific service in question.
Leverage Craft shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
14. COOKIES AND TRACKING
By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies as outlined in our Cookies Policy.
These technologies help us enhance user experience, analyze site traffic, and improve our services.
15. DISCLAIMER
Graphic design, branding, illustration, and marketing are inherently creative and subjective disciplines.
While Leverage Craft endeavors to meet client expectations with precision and care, outcomes may vary based on interpretation, implementation, and medium.
Leverage Craft cannot guarantee that the final deliverables will meet every subjective expectation.
